Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Sunday with a total of 18,306 steps. While the lowest day was Tuesday with a total of 15,236 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 111.386 steps. Giving me an average of 15,912 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 4,047,669 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 35 of 2018, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 113,654 steps with an average of 16,236 steps per day. The highest day was 18,249 and the lowest day was 15,023. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 35, 2018.
Other Thoughts
Saturday was the last day of August and as such following are some of the extra numbers for the end of the month. In the month of August, I walked a total of 508,273 steps, which gives me an average of 16,396 steps per day. The highest day for walking was the 14th of August with 22,634 steps. While the lowest day for walking was the 20th of August with 14,520 steps.
Also this week I have passed the fourth milestone for the year of 4 million steps. I am a week behind on reaching this milestone from last year, so if I want any chance of getting near to the goal of 6.5 million steps I need to put some work in.
