Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Thursday with a total of 16,602 steps. While the lowest day was Sunday with a total of 15,180 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 109,710 steps. Giving me an average of 15,672 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 3,583,367 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 31 of 2018, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 130,697 steps with an average of 18,671 steps per day. The highest day was 22,105 and the lowest day was 15,746. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 31, 2018.
Other Thoughts
Wednesday this week is the end of July and as such it is time to share a few more numbers for the month. In July I walked a total of 518,963 steps which gives me an average of 16,741 steps per day. The highest day for walking was the 21st of July with 21,698 steps. While the lowest day for walking was the 28th of July with 14,633 steps.
