Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Friday with a total of 17,022 steps. While the lowest day was Tuesday with a total of 15,189 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 110,494 steps. Giving me an average of 15,784 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 1,269,541 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 11 of 2018, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 111,087 steps with an average of 15,869 steps per day. The highest day was 17,356 and the lowest day was 15,087. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 11, 2018.
Other Thoughts
I had not really thought about the time that I have been tracking my steps for now but decided to count the weeks. With the exception of the very first week which was only four days, I have now been tracking my steps for 220 weeks in a row. That is a lot of weeks, a lot of steps and I am a little surprised that I have kept at it with the tracking. In the past, I have owned different things to track my steps, but once the battery died so did my plans to track the steps. But since I got the fitness tracker for Christmas in 2014, I have kept tracking even with using four or five different trackers over that time.
