Walking Update – Week 8, 2015
Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 8 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 16th of February to Sunday 22nd of February.

Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Friday with a total of 15,236 steps. While the lowest day was Wednesday with a total of 10,250 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 87,045 steps. Giving me an average of 12,435 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 753,535 steps for the year to date.
Other Thoughts
Nothing too interesting to share this week, the average did come down by almost 2,000 steps per day. That is something that I expect will fluctuate somewhat anyway though. I think it would be next to impossible just going about your daily chores to get any type of consistency day-to-day. If you were to plan ahead you might be able to get there. But it would mean having to stop and do nothing once you achieved the daily goal.
The streak has continued for another week which brings me up to 45 days in a row walking at least 10,000 steps per day.
