Walking Update – Week 14, 2015
Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 14 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 30th of March to Sunday 5th of April.

Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Tuesday with a total of 21,901 steps. While the lowest day was Thursday with a total of 10,198 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 101,233 steps. Giving me an average of 14,461 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 1,306,759 steps for the year to date.
Other Thoughts
The week, while not the biggest to date, does contain the highest step count for a day that I have recorded with 21,901 steps on Tuesday. Part of the reason for this is that I am on the road again and travelled back to Coffs Harbour, NSW on my way toward Stanthorpe, QLD for the weekend. Considering the distance that I travelled this week I am somewhat surprised at the steps that I have managed to fit in. Sitting in the car driving between places it not the best way to get your steps logged but still managed to get there every day.
The fresh streak has continued and with this week’s targets met has me at 13 days in a row getting 10,000 or more steps a day.
