Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Sunday with a total of 24,894 steps. While the lowest day was Wednesday with a total of 15,395 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 135,182 steps. Giving me an average of 19,311 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 4,193,669 steps for the year to date.
Other Thoughts
Looking at the numbers for this week it is amazing to me how some days can have such coincidences. At times it will be that the highest and lowest day of the week land on two consecutive days. While this week I have walked on two different days and got just 15 steps apart. While that could be seen as a setup, I can promise you it is not. Unless I know I am not walking much through the day I basically never look at the fitness tracker. So it is not until now that I am writing this that the coincidence even occurred to me.
The streak is still going very well and with this weeks effort, I have arrived at 88 days in a row.
