Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Tuesday with a total of 22,789 steps. While the lowest day was Friday with a total of 15,532 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 125,643 steps. Giving me an average of 17,949 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 1,700,754 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 13 of 2015, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 83,588 steps with an average of 11,941 steps per day. The highest day was 16,459 and the lowest day was 11,620. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 13, 2015.
Other Thoughts
Thursday marked the end of March and it looks like it was a good month for walking. March 2016, turns out to be my second highest month for recorded steps with a total of 573,056 for the month. The average steps per day across the month comes out to 18,486.
The week also keeps the streak of walking 15,00 steps per day going and is now at 256 days in a row.
