Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Wednesday with a total of 21,988 steps. While the lowest day was Sunday with a total of 15,027 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 120,185 steps. Giving me an average of 17,169 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 2,440,293 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 20 of 2016, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 131,230 steps with an average of 18,747 steps per day. The highest day was 23,998 and the lowest day was 16,249. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 20, 2016.
Other Thoughts
I have been going well with the streak and this week it passes another mini-milestone along the way. The end of the week brings me 253 days in a row walking 15,000 steps a day. But of course, that gets me past the 250-day mark. Sometimes you just have to celebrate the small things and keep on pushing.
