Walking Update – Week 5, 2018

Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Saturday with a total of 17,880 steps. While the lowest day was Tuesday with a total of 15,023 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 110,551 steps. Giving me an average of 15,793 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 566,831 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 5 of 2017, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 122,679 steps with an average of 17,525 steps per day. The highest day was 21,927 and the lowest day was 15,506. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 5, 2017.
Other Thoughts
Wednesday was the last day of January and of course, that means time for some more numbers. In the month of January, I walked a total of 502,377 steps in total giving me an average daily step count of 16,206. The day which I recorded most walking in January was the 21st with a total of 19,700 steps. While the day with the least walking was the 30th of January with 15,023 steps.
I have made it to 147 days in a row walking 15,000 steps for my daily streak.
