Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Saturday with a total of 17,457 steps. While the lowest day was Tuesday with a total of 15,226 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 112,544 steps. Giving me an average of 16,077 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 456,280 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 4 of 2017, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 112,073 steps with an average of 16,010 steps per day. The highest day was 16,951 and the lowest day was 15,090. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 4, 2017.
Other Thoughts
I don’t have a lot to share here today but thought maybe a photo from the week. I got this photo at Cleveland Point, Queensland on Thursday afternoon. Not quite when I was walking, but it is a location that I have walked to in the past.
The 15,000 steps per day streak is going well and is now up to 140 days in row.
