Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Friday with a total of 18,227 steps. While the lowest day was Tuesday with a total of 15,054 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 114,449 steps. Giving me an average of 16,349 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 1,159,047 steps for the year to date.

Other Thoughts
I spent a couple of nights out at Warwick, Queensland this weekend and finally took my camera on a walk or two with me. One of the walks was to see a waterfall called Queen Mary Falls. The waterfall is quite spectacular from above, but also well worth the walk to the bottom. The photo here is taken from the trail that passes just past the bottom of the falls.
There are a few waterfalls along the drive to Queen Mary Falls and it is well worth the time to visit the area if you are in Warwick, Queensland or the nearby area.
