Walking Update – Week 25, 2016

Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Monday with a total of 20,920 steps. While the lowest day was Wednesday with a total of 15,879 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 117,502 steps. Giving me an average of 16,786 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 3,170,030 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 25 of 2015, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 74,609 steps with an average of 10,658 steps per day. The highest day was 12,219 and the lowest day was 7,861. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 25, 2015.
Other Thoughts
Time just seems to be dragging through a little bit at the moment. Still getting the walking in, but maybe it is that I am really wanting to make the streak because I am so close. Either way, next week brings us to the halfway point for the year and maybe that will get me going again.
The streak is still going and this week reaches 340 days in a row walking 15,000 steps.
