Walking Update – Week 23, 2016
Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 23 of 2016. The update covers the dates Monday 6th of June to Sunday 12th of June.

Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Thursday with a total of 24,263 steps. While the lowest day was Saturday with a total of 15,306 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 122,712 steps. Giving me an average of 17,530 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 2,933,309 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 23 of 2015, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 83,444 steps with an average of 11,920 steps per day. The highest day was 16,167 and the lowest day was 8,655. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 23, 2015.
Other Thoughts
Sometimes I think it would be rather interesting to have some sort of track map showing just where you have walked. Because I know that would look pretty interesting for Thursday. The biggest problem is though that walking was not all in one place, there was a lot of driving in between the different stops as well. Which to be honest means it would be rather time-consuming to clear out all the non-walking data.
The 15,000 steps per day streak is also still going very well and this week reaches 326 days in a row.
