Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Wednesday with a total of 22,449 steps. While the lowest day was Friday with a total of 15,896 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 125,940 steps. Giving me an average of 17,991 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 4,624,433 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 37 of 2015, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 120,502 steps with an average of 17,214 steps per day. The highest day was 19,564 and the lowest day was 15,211. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 37, 2015.
Other Thoughts
I think that something I am going to have to do is keep a little more attention to my fitness tracker. Mostly to avoid what happened last Saturday. Maybe with everything that was going on, I might have not been able to make it anyway. But if I had been watching it a bit closer through the day in down moments, I might have been able to make it up.
Anyway not to worry now I am getting back into the swing of things and a new streak is starting. So far I will be up to 8 days with this week of walking 15,000 steps a day.
