Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Friday with a total of 20,343 steps. While the lowest day was Saturday with a total of 15,364 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 127,834 steps. Giving me an average of 18,262 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 5,602,596 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 45 of 2015, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 116,256 steps with an average of 16,608 steps per day. The highest day was 21,171 and the lowest day was 15,068. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 45, 2015.
Other Thoughts
As we move towards the end of 2016, I am trying to have a think if there are any other statistics that I should be sharing. There are a couple of statistics that dod come in addition with my fitness tracker. But they are ones that I never started keeping because the first fitness tracker that I had did not have them. If there is anything that you would like to see let me know.
My 15,000 steps per day streak is still going well and now is up to 64 days in a row.
