Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Thursday with a total of 18,487 steps. While the lowest day was Tuesday with a total of 15,017 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 111,080 steps. Giving me an average of 15,868 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 1,814,145 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 15 of 2016, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 116,079 steps with an average of 16,582 steps per day. The highest day was 19,061 and the lowest day was 15,143. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 15, 2016.
Other Thoughts
I think it has been quite some time since I did not have something to share in this spot. But of course, these sort of things are bound to happen from time to time. So for this week, I am just going to leave you with an update on the streak, aiming to walk 15,000 steps per day. I have made it to 218 days in a row and still going well.
