Stepping Numbers
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Sunday with a total of 19,221 steps. While the lowest day was Wednesday with a total of 15,315 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 112,315 steps. Giving me an average of 16,045 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 4,025,748 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 34 of 2017, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 115,237 steps with an average of 16,462 steps per day. The highest day was 19,405 and the lowest day was 15,109. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 34, 2017.
Other Thoughts
There have been two milestones this week. The first is passing the 4 million step mark for the year. Which is definitely a little bit late, but I think it is catching up a little.
The second milestone is passing the 350-day mark for the streak. It feels good to be getting so close to the goal. But I know from past experience don’t count things too early. The end of the week brings me to 350 days exactly.
